Wedding Photographer Glasgow University – Gamen and Kevin

A return to one of my favourite ever venues, Glasgow University Chapel  for this wedding. I love the buildings there, and had a lot of fun there exactly one year ago to the very day of this one! Getting married there were Gamen  Ho and Kevin McCabe. The couple are originally from the area but are currently living in Australia. The day began with Gamen and her party getting ready at Glenskirkie Castle, which was the reception venue as well. It was a very wet and dull day, and I don’t think it stopped raining at any stage. Luckily we had great venues, so there were loads of amazing spots to shoot under cover. The couple were fantastic to work with and seing them enjoy the shoot so much, certainly brought out the best in me as well. It was a really fun day from start to  finish. A  big thank you to Supernova Events who were fantastic throughout the entire day,  making sure everything looked great, ran smoothly, and more importantly – that I got fed:)

This was an amazing day despite the weather and I was so pleased to be part of it.

Wedding Photography Culloden House – Emma and Keir

Another fun wedding, this time Emma MacAulay and Keir Ferguson’s big day. The couple were married at East Church Cromarty and the reception was at  Culloden House Hotel. Emma was getting ready at her parent s home in Inverness, so that was where my day started. It was a very wet day but we got lucky and the rain cleared up for us to get some shots around the graveyard at the church, around Cromarty and back at Culloden House. I have to compliment the minister at this wedding for being very entertaining.  Always nice to have a minister with a great sense of humour!

Lots of fun and a big thanks to Emma and Keir for the fact they wanted to do things a bit different and let me shoot in my second graveyard in three days!
