Eilidh and Joe, Wedding Photography Dingwall and Strathpeffer, Ross-shire.

Another fantastic wedding in Ross-shire, this time it was the turn of Eilidh Sutherland and Joe Newlands. The couple were married at St Clements Church, Dingwall, but the day began at Eilidhs family home in Muir of Ord. Eilidh’s dad and his family are from Castletown so I knew them from way back when I was at primary school, and was in her uncle Norman’s class, so it was lovely to catch up with them and be part of this special day. I also photographed Carina, the bridesmaids wedding lat summer, so there were lots of familiar faces at this one.After a relaxed morning I headed off to Dingwall and the cermony. We then went to Castle Leod for photography. I’d never been there, in fact I didn’t even know it was there, but what a stunning place! After we finished there it was on to the Strathpeffer Pavilion for the reception. Some great speeches, an appearance by the Northern Constabulary Pipe Band, and then the dance to some fine tunes from Rhythm & Reel to end the night. What a great day.
