Ness Castle Lodges wedding photography – Melanie and Chris

This was areturn to another of my favourite location, Ness Castle Lodges, on the banks of the River Ness. I love shooting weddings here as it is such a gorgeous location, and Laura and the staff there are so brilliant to work alongside.

Melanie and Chris had travelled from Englandshire to this amazing venue for their wedding, and they brought some great weather with them. It certainly didn’t feel like February outside. We started with the usual fun getting ready pictures in Ghillies Lodge, before the small ceremony in River Lodge. It was a lovely humanist ceremony conducted by Sylvia Cameron, which had a few tears along the way…unusually mostly from the guys in the wedding party… :)

After the ceremony we had some fun outside shooting some images against the beautiful backdrop, before heading over for the reception.

Another fantastic day with great people.
