Loch Lomond Wedding Photography, Emma and Clive at Loch Lomond Golf Club
Emma and Clive had chosen one of my favourite places in Scotland for their wedding – Loch Lomond. They were based at Loch Lomond Golf Club, where I’ve been a few times before and absolutely love! Emma and Clive got ready at the Golf Club, which is where we started. It was a pretty awful day of rain and quite dark, so the plans we had made were not looking too promising. The wedding itself was taking place at Luss Church, which is a lovely old church. So once all the ladies were ready, we headed out to the village and finally got parked. It was a lovely ceremony, although quite tricky to photograph due to the way it is lit. Lots of emotions and a few tears, before we headed back up to Loch Lomond Golf Club, and as we got there, bizarrely the weather suddenly changed and brightened up. It was unbelievable as it had been raining for about 16 hours solid, and just exactly when we needed it to clear, it did! So the day was saved and we managed to go and get a few photos around the venue, just before the heavens opened again and we had to disappear back inside. After the family photos, it was dinner time, and then we had some very good speeches before the dance started. What a great day!
